Coronavirus (COVID-19) Statement - August 2020
All my remote/maintenance services are running as normal. Until Government Advice changes, I am still not offering onsite work. I will start visiting customers when it is safe and encouraged to do so.
I am happy to announce that I can now offer some services safely! I am still unable to complete on-site visits to my customers, but I am able to offer Remote Repair services, Maintenance Plan Setups and Remote Health Checks. I am also able to work on customers devices in my office, provided they are delivered and collected to my office and that customers follow my Social Distancing Policy
The health of me and my customers must always come first, and I thank all of my customers who have waited for me to be able to get back up and running! I hope to be able to visit customers on-site and in their houses soon, but for now this is not something I can safely offer. I have had close experience with this virus and I would not want to spread it to anyone, let alone the most vulnerable in our community who are a large proportion of my customer base.
